Keith and Jalene are modern day action figures. I met these two people in May 2015 when I stayed at their home in Newport Oregon after discovering them on MotoStays as I traveled south from Portland to home in SF. At that time they had loads of motorcycle traveling gear laid out in their living room in preparation for their trip in August of that year to ride their respective BMW 650 motorcycles down to Patagonia. Well today, I was able to give them hugs in person after following their blog SOUTH ON A BIKE and watching their Facebook posts since August 10, 2015. They are making their way back home to Oregon and we had a lunch today to talk more about where they've been, where they are now and where they plan to go in the immediate future.
