It's an "unstable neologism" at this point

Last Monday morning in the office I was sitting in the weekly status meeting when one of my people described a person as "rage in a can". As far as I can tell, he single-handedly coined this phrase. I was so enamored with it that it was my very first official entry into on of my favorite 'silly word' websites urbandictionary.com. I had to use my nom de plume (Anja Manzanares) for submitting my entry.
