When you mix these ingredients ~ good stuff

Yesterday I received this hand-drawn card {below} from my friend Tim who was a guest at my home for a recent dinner party. One of the salads I served was a Watermelon and Fennel Salad which surprised most in that it "appeared" to be a tomato food item. It was well received (I think) by the guests and I strongly encourage all of you to try making and serving it!
