Grown men shouting ... advice was given.

Today in the space of one hour while relaxing at a park in my hometown, I managed to hear two different men shouting verbal threats at the top of their lungs. Both incidences involved bicycles and people riding them at high speed.

Then tonight I came across this posting in below in the local Marinscope newspaper under the "Police Report" section ~

Monday July 25
Advice to Citizen: Second Street. A resident notified police after her small dog was nearly run over by a cyclist riding past her home. Advice was given.

The next time the world seems confusing/frustrating or just plain frightening, I'm going to look for "advice to be given". Classic.
