Giant Baby Doll on a Boat ~ of course

For the past several months, I have been intrigued by a large baby doll sculpture lying supine in a boat in Richardson Bay. This  is easy to see if you're enjoying a beverage at Bar Bocce in Sausalito. I'm trying to find out more about it (the artist, the intention) but I so appreciate the whimsy of the art in this town.
