Ziggurat Hat ... for increased mental energy to Medula Oblongata

I am looking out the window this evening at the most amazing display of lightning over the Bay. I don't think I can remember seeing anything like it in my 18 years in Sausalito.

Then I got to thinking in a roundabout fashion about the Devo Energy Dome hats and if it would be dangerous to wear one during a lightning episode outside.
