My sartorius muscles ~ I feel them

~ are really sore. I haven't ridden bareback since college but this past Sunday did a three hour ride on beautiful Kasanova. My friend Tessa said "go ahead and ride him anytime" and so I did but my inner thigh muscles are reminding me about it even now. Kasanova is a 17 hand (very tall) Dutch Warmblood gelding about 20 years old and Tessa has had him for over a decade.
