The beauty of the world has two edges

one of laughter, one of anguish, cutting the heart asunder.
--Virginia Woolf

Yesterday my friend Pam and her husband Tim hosted a workshop for about 30 people at their lovely home in the south bay. I hadn't seen Pam in about eight years and so much has changed for both of us and it is literally "all good". This particular event was put on by "Juice Workshops" and three amazingly talented individuals ~ Kristina Robbins, Jo McGinley and Rob Rodgers were the individuals behind it. What we did is a bit complicated to put into words but it had everything to do with "attitude adjustment" in life and the nuances of communication that lead to success on every level. I personally found it cross-pollinated to meditational and "zen" aspects I've studied and experienced while traveling. Following the workshop, we enjoyed a creative and abundant potluck dinner while the first rain of the year came down outside.
